I never leave reviews but my experience here with the manager Debra compelled me to. She is truly exceptional at her job. I walked in wearing sandals not expecting anything but she was such a good saleswoman with amazing customer service skills I walked out in new boots. She could tell what type of arches my feet were and the width and practically read my mind and pulled out anti-fatigue insoles. This is my boot store from now on. They're quality and they look damn good. I wish every store had a manager like her and I hope Red Wing knows how invaluable she is

Amazing experience at this location. Debra and the area manager cameron helped me out.They are full of knowledge, and very caring to make sure they get you the correct size for and insole for yourself! There equipment is so amazing I learned about my feet that my left foot is a length 10.4 and my right foot is a length 10.1 but my right foot is wider than my left. It also tells you what part of your foot are your pressure points! Will be coming back for life here!

Great quality boots. The store will help you keep your boots in good order with complimentary boot oiling, replacement shoelaces and they'll resole your boots for $100. I'm constantly impressed by their customer service. You won't be disappointed with the shoes you purchase there.
