Today’s visit at the McDonald’s in Westfield Wi on 7/24/22 was less than respectful around 1:00 PM. The restaurant had no inside dinners and no body waiting to place an order. The young man at the register stood there without a greeting but waited for my daughter and I to make our discussions. After placing our order he gave me our receipt in which I asked for the drink cups. He replied and said they would come with our carry out order. I asked again if we could have the so we could fill the drinks while we wait. He in turned asked the lead line manager and she told him “no”. When the line Manager give me our food and drink cups I mentioned that I believed it was poor service to make customers wait for drink cups. She replied “Well go somewhere else next time” and “Have a Nice Day”. The comment “Have a nice day is only” is used to stop confrontation, I get it, but it was they way she kept saying it over and over to me as I filled my drink and while exiting the restaurant. I will certainly take her advise and go to another restaurant next time I stop in Westfield. I travel through the area often but will differently take advise of a rude manager and not spend my time or money in her restaurant again.

Closed lobby at 8 on weeknight? Don't bother going if you have a hungry family and are towing a camper. Only wants to serve locals driving golf carts.

One of the better McDonald's I've been too. Great staff, fast, accurate, clean, and modernized McDonald's with lots of outlets to make it a great stop for people like myself who work remotely.

Orders are constantly wrong. How can a major food chain be out of a major soft drink brand (Dr Pepper) for about 2 months now and still be consider legitimate. Half@$$ed attempt at a franchise. Someone should pull the license for this one. The other fast food in the area isn't great either but they at least keep major food/drink items in stock.
