I had to pay a 75 dollar one time cleaning fee ,make my own beds, clean the place and sweep the floors cause it appeared that the place was bombed,*bugs* cause there was dead roaches everywhere. The dishes sat in the cubbards w food still on them ,the bathroom had a used cortex in the garbage can in bthrm.I still don't understand how I had to pay them so I could clean up the mess someone else made... There was NO hot water in the cabin,it was busted up ,blinds in windows all cracked ,one on door as well, cabinet doors were lying on the counter ,food still in fridge, and u should a seen the roaches we swept up. Then the construction. A track front loader shook our cabin all day.Cist me 125 a day and 75 for me to clean it lmmfao.Never again....

A great spot to unplug. Friendly management too! Nice views of the Sampit river.

An excellent little hidden gem in Georgetown. Especially if your in town to work at the paper mill. Only a few minutes away and decently priced.

Yes there are annual sites. Some lots are shaded, depends on availability.
I've been here for a year and will be here one more year. There are about 3 or 4 people who live here permanently and love it here. Lots are quite large. Several people here have box trailers larger than yours, you could fit it and 2 cars very easily. Lot rates vary, depending on how long you plan to stay, owners prefer long term residents. There are a few hotels in the area within 10 to 15 minute drive.
We paid $160.00 per week. They were probably at least 30 sites. Very quiet and off from road quite a bit.
