I signed up for the rewards club for my daughter and then, on her birthday, took her to get her free classic sandwich (that's a reward for being a member). I had downloaded the app and thought I was ready to go but when I get to Zaxby's they tell me the coupon has to be in the app for me to use it. I look in the app, no coupon. I checked my email and found a message that said I had been sent the birthday coupon but for some reason, it hadn't appeared in the app. After spending WAY too long trying to figure it out, the staff/manager politely says she is sorry there's nothing they can do...no free birthday sandwich for you. We got a sandwich anyway, but that isn't the point. You only have one birthday a year and I really believe the manager could have done SOMETHING in this situation. Not absolutely NOTHING...as was the case.

The chicken is rubbery and lacks flavor. I have given this place multiple try and it has not improved. I gave it 2 stars instead of one because the desserts are yummy.
