No swimming. Fishing, kayaking, great for family outings, entertainment area, play ground, lots of hiking trails, wide open space for games. Soccer, softball, volleyball, air inflated amusement items, covered picnic areas, great outdoors for family fun.

Yes it changes throughout the year with the sun. Right now I think it closes around 7:30pm. I'm not sure when it opens.
