I really like Belks but one bad employee can ruin your shopping fun. I had to go out of town and went to grab a few last things. Suitcase, makeup, jeans,etc. Shoe department was a disaster and i left with two pair of shoes and one pair were not what i put on counter. The woman working there needs to retire. She was no help at all and i saw the wrong shoes after they closed. Left the next morning having to buy others in Philadelphia. I do love Belks and they have some great employees but i will go back to talk to a manager. Poor woman cannot see properly nor hear my questions. She really does need a different job so yes i left there upset having spent quite a bit of hard earned money.

Unfortunately As Of July 2nd The Order For Them To Be Closed Are Still In Effect.
As far as I know you are able to make in-store payments at customer services.
