If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible coordination of care. It’s too bad our pediatric options are so limited in Klamath Falls. However, I am confident any other provider in town would be a better option than Sanford.

New male receptionist who answered my call was very rude and hostile. My 3 children have been to this clinic for 6 years and doctors and nurses are nice. But I’ve never had such a rude receptionist at any clinics.

They messed up on my sons circumcision. I told them at every appointment that it didn't looked right and they never did anything. When he was 2 they finally referred him to OSHU. The appointment kept being pushed back because of covid but thats no one's fault. But had the clinic listened to me he would have been seen at OSHU earlier and I also had to pay everything out of pocket to fix the problem they created and didn't do right in the first place

Receptionists sit on the phone and don’t help patients at the front. I was checked in for an appointment and sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes waiting and then was informed she actually wasn’t even there that day. I was then a little late to my next appointment and Samantha Peters refused to see us, funny how our time doesn’t matter but theirs does.
