Several years ago, I purchased a vehicle from here. Everything in the beginning was fine until the first time that I dropped off a payment and it got lost. They eventually found and and life went on. But, suddenly they began losing more and more payments. And, evidently, from what I was told, this happens from time to time. The climax came when I made yet another payment (that got lost-big surprise) and a couple of days later, they took my vehicle! And, to add insult to injury, the owner actually looked me in the eye and said he didn't believe that I made the payment! Lucky for me, I still had the receipt from the money order I got for the payment, which proved that I did in fact make the payment. But, even after that, I never received an apology. I would NEVER go back there again! Worst cat buying experience ever!!!

Kelsey answered all my questions and provided what I asked for. When we went to look at truck Kelsey was busy with another customer and Robbie stepped in and helped where needed!
