I can't say enough good things about Jeff Morgan, Bobby, and the Service Department team at Kenly Ford. Jeff went out of his way to help me when the fairly new vehicle I bought from another dealership started having serious problems. Jeff looked into it and reminded me that I had purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle and explained what that meant to me. (WHEW!!) Jeff and Bobby kept me up to date on repairs (they were quick!!) and explained in detail (on a level that I understood) what it all meant and how it was fixed. Their commitment to customer service and their integrity has earned them a lifetime customer. I'll NEVER go anywhere else and I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: I just read the response to me from this John Husick guy who is the internet sales person. Hey buddy!!! You have the wrong guy. I have never talked to anyone there after hours and I sure as heck don't want a Ford Ranger. Fyi...It was definitely 7:30, daylight, and several people in the showroom. Make sure your facts are straight before you make assumptions. Haven't really dealt with Kenly Ford, but I showed up just to look around just before 7:30 on a Friday night and a salesman approached me and ask if I need any help with a bit of an attitude. Found out later they closed a 7:30 and he was probably ready to go home...but with an attitude like that I would be more likely to show up when I'm in the market for a new car just before 7:30 and ask for him specifically on purpose.
