This place is the worst of the worst, I use to do maintenance there and had the worst experience ever. The company still owes me money. Management is the absolute worst in the history of existence, very shady people. Call HUD ASAP if you live here. It’s the only way things will get done.

Needs new management.Stop employing people that do not know or understand the complexity of black people and living in the struggle.the staff is very condescending(white and black).maitenance is no better.they do not care about the needs of the people here.when clogs happen in the sinks they shoot acid up the lines,the water is not drinkable due to old pipes and slack work.i wish corporate would invest in putting cameras in the office on the workers as well as the property.it has been in question for years as to why these apartments are so run down and unliveable.the royalties being sent are not taking care of these apartments they invest in landscaping new mail boxes and lamppost but dont wanna fix on the issues of mold,poor insulation and water pipes.
