To Flow Vw this was an amazing experience. Drove 2.5 hrs to Leith VW and was a waste of my time after they lied and tried to put me in something I didn't want. I called Flow VW of Durham and spoke to Ben who understood my needs and told me to come see them asap and speak to Mrs. Verlinda who was the sales manager. From the time I arrived to the time I left it was so wonderful. I went in and explained to Mrs. Verlinda told her what I was looking for and she right then and there went to work within 10 mins she found the car started my paperwork. You do not know how greatful I am for that. Mrs. Verlinda is the lady that you need to see. She understood the situation, listened to me and did her thing. I will always be greatful for this lady. Once again thank you thank you.

Edit: Had issues with our battery. Took it in for our 80,000 service and to get the battery looked at. They ended up saying the battery was fine and completed the service. A week later the battery died completely and when we got it replaced the technician said the coolant looked low. Not pleased. Seems like Flow just does the bare minimum to get their money. The service center has been great so far. No complaints. I did our 50000 mile service and an annual checkup/safety check. Both were efficient/affordable and the customer service has been great.

To be honest, this was not a great service experience. This was for the 10,000 mile checkup; I purchased the car back in the fall 2021. After I picked up the car, I called to complain about the shocks; they said to wait until the 10K checkup. As it turns out, they never removed the "transport pads", so for several months I suffered with a challenging "ride". I had several people comment on the ride when we would encounter a bump in the road (not good publicity for VW).. Also, when I took delivery, they never provided the blue tooth adapter for the iphone. I was told to just go order it on Amazon, which I did, but it was not the right adapter.. I tried ordering another one and that didn't work either. I called again and they asked me to come in and I was told the adapter should have been delivered with the car. When I came in for my 10K checkup this week, I asked them to check on the shocks (they removed the pads), but I also asked them to wash the car. They did NOT do this. Candidly, I'm not sure I want to get the car serviced at Flow again..
