Their brisket is some of the best I’ve had. A few years ago, I actually took some out of town to a co-worker in Chicago and it reminded him of being down south. Staff is always great when I go by. I highly recommend!

The sauce used on their meats is great; my husband always asks for extra! To me, it's just right - not too spicy.
There was a notice on doors
They have a line outside to order under a covered walkway with the menu printed largely on the exterior wall. There is outdoor seating that is covered and warmed. There is some indoor seating. Masks required. Lots of hand sanitizer. They also have curbside pickup. That's all I can remember.
I would just ask for pork skins. But i think u are looking for Chicharrón Which is fried chunks of pork Hope that helps
