We have had Arrow Termite & Pest Control since moving to South Carolina 5 years ago. This company was actually recommended at our closing. They have never disappointed us, not once. They come quarterly to do a treatment, inside and outside of our home, as well as our yearly termite inspections. The representatives are professional, courteous, and respond to all of our questions and needs. They follow up on all of our telephone calls, never cancel an appointment, and if they are in our area, will always politely call and ask if they can come earlier. We are always pleased when they do that. When asked by our neighbors who we use, we always say Arrow in Summerville SC. I can’t say enough about this company and their excellent service.
