I m not sure what is going on at this office! I called 3 times trying to ask question about express delivery. One time lady answered the phone, and just simply disconnected while i was talking. I thought it is connection problem. Called again. Some man voice responded, i started to talk and he screamed on me like a crazy and hang the phone up! O tried one more time, lady answered again, i can hear a lot back noises, laughing! I tried to ask question, she just disconnected the call! What is going on here????!!!! Is it even real???? Never ever i experienced that! This is absolutely awful customer service!!!!!!
