If it is a traffic ticket, you can pay the fine and be done with it. This is know as a bond forfeiture. You may pay the fine online at the Columbia Municipal court website for a link to pay online or in person at 811 Washington Street in Columbia.

They schedule it, but they usually drop the ticket down if you do. They will also ask if you are getting an attorney.
