I buy a car form here,when i buy the speaker have a problem,the windshield cleaner not work they tell me they will fix them before they sent me a car and it take a week ! After 2 day they sent me a car,and don't tell any thing,i drive a week and find out the speaker in back not work ! Try come back to tell them,they say they order the part and it take a month ! Now 7 month alredy... i go the dealer no call any more,and they tell the part is available ??? Why they don't call or when i try to call them in 7 month they don't tell that ??? Last thing ! They tell need keep my car 1 day to fix,now 6 day alredy and no call no thing form now ( still waiting) I Want to upgrade car,but next time i go the charlotte dealer !!!
