I asked for the VIP service and was told they were out of wax so I got the one below it and add ons for everything but the wax. I had to come home and pretty much clean the entire thing over. The inside looked horrible and didn’t even looked like they cleaned it but maybe swiped dirty cloths over it. I spent nearly $40 and had to stop and buy products to clean it myself after I left there. Such a waste of money and horrible services.

They may want to turn down the power on their vacuums. When I asked what happened to the change that was in the side pocket; the vacuum must have sucked it up. How do you not notice $5 change going through the vacuum system?
