The worst Cracker barrel that I've ever been to, waited 30 minutes just to get drinks and hardly anyone was here

Me and my husband and daughter went into this Cracker Barrel tonight 9/22/2022 we were sat and waiting around 10 minutes to even be greeted. And when we were greeted she did not ask what we would like to drink she asked if we wanted to order UMM ok. We then sat and waited for refills for about 15 mins still our food was not out 40 of kitchen. I looked up and saw my server standing there and she wiped her her nose twice with her bare hand and did not go and wash them she then grabbed a biscuit with bare hands and ate it. We have been here for atleast for over 40 mins the food comes out and she brought me chicken and not chicken friend chicken and wanted to argue with me I was wrong. Now my family is done eating and I am still sitting here. I will say I am a server myself and I understand places are short staffed but atleast talk to your table and greet them. Talking to your table goes a long way.

So normally i do not complain, but my last meal here was next level bad. Out on a Sat and the food we received was definitely made days before. Chicken and dumplings were just clumped together with a milk gravy, and a few chicken tenders. It had a skin on it when they brought it to me. Server was clearly overwhelmed, think a manager steped in to help pass but its was really really old before we got it. Hopefully this was just a one off, or a bad night.
