Well I have seen residents not get the help or care they need There employees on Night shift also sleeping 😴 Everytime I am up there residents are in hallways not able to walk and when they try to get help no staff are around so they go to visitors for help.

This place is horrible I give this place 0 stars called to try an speak to my mother about a dying family member and I got hung up on 3 times I’m not allowed to come see her they say they have to talk to her POA but she doesn’t have one an she doesn’t want one this place is a 0 star I don’t recommend this place they are drugging her up so she will sleep the left her in wet sheets and clothes for hours 2 different times and they let her fall an would not let her get medical care

Yes, there are a few vacancies, several in fact.
I don't know about starting wage but when I looked at CNA wages online they were about $9 per hour through most of NC. A little more in Raleigh or Charlotte.
