This place shouldn’t be allowed to exist. They let a patient that couldn’t walk, was having delusions, had a catheter in and told the patient they could sign they’re self out. When we got them home, he was still in the same clothes from the day before. No bath, still had on a diaper on that was down to his knees, when we changed it, it took his skin off!!!! On top of all of that it was his birthday, and this is how he spent it.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Few months back I moved my relative. Think the employees need to be drug tested. I went to visit my relative. Peering in from window to talk. Nurse came in and gave a breathing treatment. Seemed nice enough. Well little while later I see the same dark haired woman in a parking lot at burger king smoking weed. Needless to say. I moved my relative. No way going to let them live there. Hard tell what else they are on
