WOW, I don't know if I have the words. As someone who had never tried on wedding dresses before and barely had an idea of a style, I was lucky enough to "say yes" in one appointment. The staff did an amazing job at helping my figure out my style and even helped me find the perfect dress. I had full attention of the staff, and not once did she become inpatient with me despite my lack of decision making. I am recommending this place to all of my friends!

While I called Gavin Christianson to cancel our appointment, I got charged $75.00 on top of the $25.00 consultation fee. They said the cancellation policy was on their website. Would have been considerate if the person that made my appointment would have mentioned this when i booked the appointment for my daughter. We cancelled because my daughter found a dress elsewhere - I guess we should have gone to our scheduled appointment to let them know we already purchased a dress to avoid the $75.00 fee. I am so happy we spent our money elsewhere.

I had the best experience at Gavin Christianson! This was my first time trying on gowns and I was so impressed with how smooth the whole process was! I worked with Gineen and she had already pulled gowns based off of reference pictures I sent in. She listened to what I liked and disliked and I ended up choosing the third gown I tried on! She made everything about this experience so great and I could not recommend this shop more!
