Scheduled an appointment a day in advance for an oil change. Took two hours. Was kept being told to just wait a little bit longer. 7-10 minutes turned into 30 extra minutes, making me late for my second job. Prioritize customers with set appointments and don't be honest about how long it's going to take. Had two older men come in after me and we're being very impatient and they got their car in and out before I did just because they were vocal about the bad time management. If it is quicker to just do a walk in instead of making an appointment and getting your car looked at quicker just because you complain I don't think that's right.

Great place to get car worked on they take of you quickly and do a great job !! I have them work on our 3 cars have for years since they opened !! Price are very reasonable !!

They worked on a car my husband wrecked for 6 months now that I have it back not even for a week I might add almost everything they messed with has messed up I don’t recommend going there

Not always, but it certainly doesn't hurt. It depends on the load they have on any given day.
No, usually I call to give them a heads up about my issue, but unless they are super busy they can usually accommodate simple things like oil changes, inspections, or tire plugs.
