I called and later brought my PC in to get some issues fixed. I wasn't treated like a fool or talked down to, which has been my experience at other stores like this. i have a MacBook air and sent it to these guys to get my keyboard replaced . honestly they were very helpful Jason was who worked on mine. i couldn't ask for better service. i didn't bug them every day to see if it was done i just let them do their work. I brought my laptop in Monday half an hour before closing and I got it back on Wednesday. It’s a bit pricey but I’m just glad I didn’t have to buy a new laptop! I had to put a deposit down which was $50, and ended up paying $10 more when I picked it up. Turns out my charger was just bad. Better safe than sorry though. They were friendly to me.
