What do you need to get a birth certificate from DMV and how do u cancel another appointment if u had made a later one and came back in webpage there was a cancellation for the next day so u make an appointment for it instead if waiting two weeks

You don't get a birth certificate from the DMV. You have to contact vital records through the state. There should be a reschedule button.
They are also about 2 months out on appointments when i was last there on monday.
Go to the dmv site for your dmv, then on the page you'll see a box that says "all services" under that show's "appointments", click or tap on it. For my end there is a box in the next page that says "dmv reopening plan" scroll down it til you see a button that says "book your appointment now"
Scroll down the next page where it says "get started" then select what your trying to get for just a state ID for my self i just did the license since they didn't have that. Then it should kinda guide ya the rest of the way. May have to scroll down after selecting something.

I am pretty sure you have to have You're birth certificate and two addresse Bill's but I wouldn't wait till my birthday I would just go ahead and do it
