They were nice and friendly until we found out they were trying to charge us AND charge insurance when our insurance was suppose to cover the cost of exam and eyeglasses. Double dipping is fun until you get caught. Scamming the system is no way to do business, especially when its your clients you hurt. You have been around a long time, take care of your customers. On a positive, the actual eye doctor is really knowledgeable. Sorry he has used car sales people as office workers.

I would suggest this clinic to everyone! I love how friendly the staff is! There so nice and they always call back, they are very thoughtful and don't forget there clients. and it's also a nice clean clinic and they always tell you all the options without you have to guess anything very good eye care clinic!

Terrible experience with the eye doctor Monty Smick. He didn't listen to my contact needs and tried to force me to buy a particular brand of contacts he gets kick backs for. Then refused to give me a written prescription to go buy my contacts at a cheaper location. The receptionists were nice but I will never go there again. He even disappeared for 15 minutes during my fitting with no explanation, only to come back with food stuck to his lip. I guess I was interrupting his lunch.
