i came to BL FMP on 3 separate occasions for a drug test and physical. At times that the receptionist specified that i come in and each time they refused to give me a drug test and physical for a jobs pre employment. first and last time i ever come to this place.

The only thing about this office is my wife and I went there ex wife, 22 years ago I had cinga insurance they took it and Dr dunbar my doctor at the time . I was getting a vicsexeme. He over dosed me and gave me more pain meds to bring me back. Then 20 years later they would not see me said my ex owed them money. So will not go back I should sue there butts
