I went to this location today. I drove home and my grandmother wasn’t happy with the chicken because it was kinda soggy. I drove back to town to take food back. The manager (Yoseko-I’m sure that’s not how it’s spelled, but I tried) was AWESOME and very very pleasant. She fixed the order with NO PROBLEM. Her customer service was TOP TIER. I would go back to this location after today’s experience with the manager. Good job, KFC in hiring her. It helped me not get upset after having to drive back 7 miles to return the food.

Rude. Not helpful. And actual dumb staff. First was a closed dining room to public while you could plainly see 3 employees living it up in the dining room, no one employee cared about there job, not only was the lady taking my order rude, but swore up and down they didn't have different sized sides! Like really? I know that menu inside and out! Refused to budge on that. And this is speaking for EVERYTIME I have visited this location, your order will ALWAYS be wrong and you find out after driving 20 minutes home with 50-75 dollars worth of food, just to be a complete waste. Management is just as bad as the staff with not wanting to be there, work, or show any type of decent customer service, almost as if they think they are entitled the paycheck without having to do their job! Food has always been terrible for the past 10 years I've lived here, can now sadly say thanks to them im hanging my hat with all kfc's, and im a big money spender at restaurants as I have a small army to feed. I am calling corporate directly after making this review, either fire everyone or just completely shut it down and replace it with a company that cares!

I have to say I’m not a batesburg Leesville fast food or any food fan. But this place I have to say deserves a compliment. Because the last two times I’ve been there the chicken is fresh and tastes delicious and perfectly cooked. The service today was so kind and sweet that it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you !

There is a dinner buffet but the service is terrible! The buffet started at 5:00! We arrived at 5:45 and the food was nearly empty! There were people standing around waiting on food to be cooked and not just for a couple of minutes I’m talking 20-30 minutes! The employees obviously didn’t care because their attitudes were terrible! In my opinion if you are advertising an all you can eat buffet then food should be available at all times and if your employees aren’t happy about their jobs then maybe KFC isn’t the place for them!! Am pretty sure I will not be returning for their no food buffet!!!
