Found this place open on a Saturday which was a plus for the one star. Now for their diagnosis ok but their treatment made the problem worse. They gave me ointment for an inflamed hotspot. 1 did not shave area but pulled the hair off spot and did not even clean it 2. No antibiotic and no pain relief ( even though I asked ). I left $97 dollars lighter.and after a week of trying had to take dog back to my trusted vet. So inflamed at this point because ointment cause it to stay wet and infected, he could not shave it because it would cause too much pain. One shot of time released steroid, 5 antibiotic pils and 59 dollars lighter my baby found pain and itch relief. Stay away and don’t waste your money cause they will take it without a skin scrap, or just doing all the steps to make your baby good. Shame… shame…. SHAME!!!!

The vets are excellent but the wait times are consistently terrible. I don't think I've ever waited less than 30 minutes in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. But they took great care of my dog when he needed surgery and my cat when she was dying.
