Nurse Carolyn was so knowledgeable and sweet and Dr Staggs was just as well. Took great care of us in a timely and professional manner while doing everything they could to keep us comfortable and informed.

There's so much to unpack with leaving a review for medical service. Overall these guys are just fantastic. Went in today with some damage to my eye and got lucky that it was a short day, everybody was super friendly, and they did a great job handling my injury. There's also days that these people get ran ragged, unruly customers, and you can't blame them if they're a little bit short at times. Only reason I didn't have a five star is previously. I had had an issue where a paperwork wasn't submitted for workman's comp, but I really don't think it was anyone in this office's fault. I think it was receiving at the main branch for Lexington that goofed it up. Either way, I've been here twice and they have fixed me up well.

Wait was short but service was not. I've been running a fever and coughing and they did no blood work for or swabs,the NP I saw looked in my ears and barely listened to my chest gave me antibiotics and sent me home I'm still not sure what I have
