I would give a 10 out of 5 stars! Elizabeth at the Galax Verizon store was amazing at helping out my father getting his Apple phone and Apple watch fixed! We can't thank her enough for her kind service! When he needed his watch to be updated in order for his emergency services and calling to work properly, she figured it out and and helped him set it all up. His phone was damaged and she helped him determine the best phone that would work best for him! Having dealt with other stores, this experience was above and beyond the best! Thank you Elizabeth for taking the time to help us! This is what I call superior service!

Came into the store in Galax VA. About a week ago. A young woman named Elizabeth waited on us. She ordered a phone for us and said it would come overnight by fed ex, which it did. 5 days later we came back to that store to have all the information transferred from our old phone to the new phone. A young man whose name is Jack waited on us. He hurried through the transfer and we didn't notice until we got home that he didn't actually complete the transfer. His customer service care left a lot to be desired. We are elderly and not up to par with technology and we told him that. I felt like because it wasn't a deal where he would get commission he really didn't want to be bothered by us. Today we went back to that store and got Elizabeth again. I cannot say enough about the way she helped us, took her time and explained things to us. She was very professional and I would recommend she be acknowledged for her service. I have been with Verizon since 1990 but was ready to go to a different provider. Thanks to Elizabeth I will stay with Verizon. Sincerely, Janet Mccallum
