This office need to be ashamed of themselves. Get to my appointment with Dr. Willis. I was waiting 2 hours afterwards in the patient room for a 30 min follow up to be told he was prescribing me another medication. The office charges ridiculous prices for paperwork to be fill out. The charged me $50. It there job already to fill out paperwork. To cancel an appointment last minute they charge $50 but let the doctor be late or have to cancel your appointment it's free of charge to inconvenience the patient. They need to be a shame.All this office knows is money. The care they give is not great either. They just tell you what you want to hear. Stay away from this place.

It is my sincere regret that I submit this review; however the last two encounters with Dr. Carmel Dohmeir's office was very unpleasant. I first had my pharmacy to contact her for a medicine refill until I could secure primary doctor due to my doctor's facility and health care personnel were unable to be found. When the medication was not fill after three weeks, I ask the pharmacy to request it again. The reply was "NO" and "Do Not Contact Me About This Medicine Again". I my second encounter was a referral from a doctor to double check that I had not developed any tumors or other concerns that was contributing to the intensity of my pain. I was told she reviewed my records and did not see the necessity to see me and recommended that I seek a headache clinic. I have not been having headaches but nerve activity discomfort. I think both remarks were rude and inconsiderate about my health. I do not appreciate being dismissed or my health being dismissed in that manner. There is a nicer way to handle patient which I did not experience. I have seen this doctor before but never encountered any demeaner like this and will not return to her again if this is the way she is handling patients.
