Lots of random stuff on the botyom of the shelves....but not so much a bargin bin.
Yes! I scored Boston's Third Stage in the used section for $1.99. Look in the floor bins for great deals.
They do have a decent metal and heavy rock selection, so it's worth a shot to check it out and see if they do.
