We stopped services months ago they still came out and spray the yard and charges us. They just came out again this morning to spray pesticides on my grass no one gave them permission to be on my premises. It seems like the company does what they want to do I will not trust Trugreen doing business with them ever again. Find some local hard-working guys to come get your yard together Trugreen just out for the money.

TruGreen is a disgrace of a company... My lawn has significant brown patches and several shrubs have flat out died/browned out/brittle from their horrible treatment that has killed them and the lawn. I have called 3x, told 3x that a "regional manager" would call me back.. that has not happened. I am told today that a regional manager is coming to assess my property on Friday, September 11th (they cant even get that right as Friday is not Sept 11th). I refuse to let another TruGreen rep treat my property and if a regional manager shows and walks on my property without my permission, I will be pursuing trespassing charges. This company is a disgrace. They churn and burn through accounts as they could care less, they just move on to the next one. The next contact for TreGreen is going to be from my attorney to sue for lawn and shrub damages, notify the better business bureau and notify all other area TruGreen customers to discontinue their services as they are next. What a disgrace.. Treatment and service are all they need to do and they can not get either of them right,... The calls with their "customer service" dept are the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I look forward to sharing my story on social media as well..
