It's not the same anymore. Ice cream tastes freezer burnt, and they haven't had waffle cones in forever. I miss the old cooks; they were super friendly and the food always tasted great. I also miss the previous owners and their knowledge about the health benefits of the various herbs they sell. The atmosphere is not the same either; I used to enjoy sitting at the counter to eat with a football game on the tv and all the chatter going on around me. Gotta find a new favorite spot now.

Tacos are weak. It’s obvious that their quality of the meat has gone down. Not the same how it used to be a couple years back

They don't usually have tamales on the menu, but their menudo is the best ever and they make everything from scratch right in front of you. Not sure about food stamps.

Do they make pisole or menudo?
