I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service at this place is horrible. We bought a 1400 dollar chair and less then a week later tried to use the special functions on this chair. They didn't work, called the store and they said we just not have hooked everything up when we brought it home. We had it delivered and the delivery didn't hook it up. It had nothing to do with us. They made me get into the floor and under this chair to hook up the parts and then was talked to like I was crazy because it wasn't hooked up to begin with. It isn't our job to make sure everything is hooked up, that's the companys and delivery guys. I was told the needed part would be ordered and I would get a call back about a technician coming out. So 2 weeks later I still hadn't gotten a call. So I called back, no one had any information, was told I would be called back again. I called back 7 days later and was just over this chair because of all the problems and wanted to return the chair. I was told absolutely no returns. All sales are final. So be very careful with this place. They will sell you defective furniture, then not call about fixing it and then when you are "done" they will not take it back. Everyone that answers the phone is rude as well and will cut you off and just act like they don't know what's going on either. Worst furniture business I have ever been too!!

We had been looking for awhile to find what we want for a living room set. We find a sectional I feel in love with and my husband found a recliner that is so comfortable. While looking at the furniture there was no pressure but made themselves available for questions and I feel they answered honestly. My biggest question was cleaning the furniture. Friendly from the time we walked in the door to the delivery men. They took our old furniture outside and brought our new in and put it where we told them. Definitely getting furniture from them again.

We heard about Laughlin Furniture via a mailer that was sent to us upon moving to our new home & decided to go check it out. This was our first stop, and we didn't have an idea of what we wanted yet. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the super friendly staff and they worked as a team to help us get both our living room & bedroom set. At no point did it feel pushy or salesman-like. Tracy was awesome in getting our items ordered correctly and also worked to best fit our scheduling. Jennifer was incredibly brilliant in helping us with logistics to save time & money - something they did not have to do! Because this was our first stop, we explored other outlets...many others in Hickory and the surrounding metroplex. We went back to Laughlin because of the aforementioned experience. They were even more affordable for some of the same pieces. To top it off, the delivery crew Gaston & Charles were extremely courteous & respectful of our property when setting everything up; not to mention, very quick, professional, & efficient!! We felt like everyone at Laughlin treated us like family! We will definitely be purchasing from this family owned outlet versus other big box furniture stores that only care about their commission & profit. Thank you all for everything that you do!
