Ordered 2 pc dark meat meal, received 2 white pieces. Also ordered 3 pc dark meat meal, received 2 white pieces and was shorted one piece. Chicken was cold, fries were soggy and cold, biscuit was warm but dry and they didn't have any butter or honey. Also didn't have any coleslaw, mashed potatoes, salt, or napkins. One self-serve drink station was closed, the other didn't have any ice and the tea and soda were warm. No lids for drinks, and no straws.

Terribly understaffed, menu screens were off, only side available was fries. Staff was very nice, specially since they are working under such stress! Food was freshly made.

This goes for the whole service plaza. It SUCKKKKKS. I NEVER write reviews but this dump hm. Listen plz don’t come here expecting the great. Starbucks is probably the only perk here . The rest , TRASHHHH

Paid and then told it didn't go through even though it said approved on my end. Worker didn't listen to order and had to repeat...repeat....repeat. One board of options and a sign saying prices were different but no further information. No salt. I get supply and staffing issues but this was something that could be taken care of at store level. Go buy some salt.
