Hey how about don't get on a review complaining about other people complaining. There is nothing wrong with someone's perspective if things are actually not as they should be. So if someone complains about certain things about a store they probably have good reason to. You are a part of the people that allow the incorrect and wrong to happen by just over looking it. Just because someone notices or complains about something done wrong does not mean they do not have an open mind. You sound like you need yours opened up a bit.
