I do not like to leave bad reviews but this place is the absolute worst when it comes to communication and they obviously care nothing about their patients or they would not have done me like this today. When I visited here a few months ago I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour waiting to see a doctor after I arrived when I was told. Today I was scheduled to see Dr. John Golding at 3pm. I received a phone call at 2:52pm stating that he would be leaving at 3pm. At this moment I was pulling into the parking lot and it was 2:55pm. I received a second phone call right after I hung up stating that he was gone and at this time it was 2:56pm. I understand that you are supposed to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork but after the last two visits in this office I finished my paperwork and literally sat for almost 30 minutes waiting to go back and see a doctor. Also if you are trying to talk on the phone you might want to expect to be talked over so that you can not speak. Very rude staff over the phone. And maybe poor Dr. Golding may need to seek a new profession since he can not stay to see his patients when they are scheduled to arrive at the office. Appointment time was at 3:00pm, l was sent away at 2:56pm because the doctor was not there. The phone calls are all recorded so I can vouch to this 100% . If anyone knows of a good doctor's office to visit and the Piedmont area please let me know. I have Bright Health Care and I will never go to Belmont Medical Associates again. I'm going to be sure to spread this around.

Been a patient here for 25 years & was told today that I can’t be seen because they aren’t taking new patients….🤔 I haven’t needed to be seen in the past 3 years so I now have to find a new doctor. Wow, unbelievable! So I’m being punished for not having an ongoing prescription that needs constant monitoring? I’m in total shock that a doctor can so easily drop established patient’s and at the lack of compassion and concern from a practice that I respected, trusted, and felt secure in the fact that they’d always be available to take care of me and my family. What the hell has happened to the medical industry? Are we all just part of a cattle herd w/numbered ear tags? Names and relationships apparently slow down this business. Thank God the good doctor’s got out with their dignity still intact before the current people ran Belmont into the ground, along with the over 20 year old rotten, ripped up sticky purple/green nasty chairs and waiting area decor that always felt like cesspool for multi resistant staph🦠waiting on it’s next host!🦠 Ya’ll be sure you wear your long pants (not shorts or skirts) before you take a seat🖕🏽

Was told today after 30 years of being a client I was no longer a patient and could not be seen. Supposedly a new directive of yearly visits is required to be kept on as a client. However, I was not notified of this and because I have been healthy and not needed to see a doctor I was deleted and booted from their client list. Astonishing that a small town doctor's office would treat it's long term clients in this manner. Would strongly re-consider if you are thinking about using this practice.

They Do accept walk-ins Monday thru Friday, but only first thing in the morning. You have to arrive early (before they open) and put your name on a list located on the front door. They started this over a year ago when they changed their weekend hours. I've been going to BMA for 12 years and I've never Not seen a Dr when I wanted/needed to.
