Have you tried calling them? I had a ton of work done on my 2007 BMW. For all intents and purposes, their estimate was what I paid.

I have a 2007 280 C Mercedes Benz...the ignition key do not turn....I replaced the battery for the key, car battery, and replaced the fuse....ignition key still do not turn...i am thinking that it might be the electronic ignition switch...

Yes, could be the EIS or ESL... really need to bring it in and let's us look at drive authorization data in the EIS module to determine what needs to be replaced. Either way it has to be programmed by the factory diagnostic system.
