Staff was nice, but the food less-than-great, it took them 7+7 minutes to get me an apple turnover (they didn't have one ready, they cooked one but lost it, and had to make another), and the restaurant didn't look open in the first place. I was sad for a while that I didn't have Hardee's by me, but after going here, almost any Burger King is a fine substitute.

Just had to wait over 20 minutes after paying in the drive thru for 1 sandwich. Couldn't get anyone's attention nor did they answer the phone within that 20 minutes to get a refund. Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Drive-thru took 30mins to get from the speaker to the window...then they forgot the straws for our drinks...could definitely be better...

Hot and fresh, not too long of a wait at the drive-thru. Prices are reasonable for what you receive. Will return!

Yes, this is a brand new building. The restaurant actually just opened it's doors for the first time on June 8th, 2017. :)

We have had the same issues. Breakfast has been pretty decent the times we went, but lunch and dinner times were awful. The Pendleton Hardee's is usually always good though. Hopefully the Anderson location steps it up or we may see another business close. I was really excited to see a Hardee's open back up in Anderson but it's sadly mostly been a disappointment.
