just finish dropping off the tables and chairs that we rented. When we first rented them on Saturday there was no real issue that needs mentioning. This morning I ask my father who is the only person I know with a pick up truck to help me drop off the tables and chairs at 7am since he was not able to stay till 730 and I would take them around to the back at 730a when this place opened. Well we are putting the tables on the side of the building so that my father can leave and I stay with the equipment till employees open up. An employee came in speeding through the parking lot like if he caught us stealing gets out of his car extremely hostile and tells us they are not open till 730a and he has no access to the back. My father and I explained to him that he has to go I will stay here till 730a. He start complaining that is more work for them because he would have to load them twice my father explained to him that no as he unloaded them as close to the fence as we could so that it was easy for me to get them to the back. The employee walks back to his car for 2 mins or so comes back and says he is going to open the gate so we can take it to the back. He rudely asked my father to back up his truck. I proceeded to ask him what was his issue and hostility for as we were doing what was convenient for us had we dropped them off late or not at all it would have been a bigger issue. He then repeats that is basically more work for him. I repeated what I said earlier and told him that is not true as I would have done it myself at 730a I did not asked to be helped. my father pulls his truck around unloads the chair for the employee walks around the building and brings each table around the gate. The employee at this point is huffing and upset for I don't know what reason he nonchalantly says we will be emailing you the receipt and walked towards the back of the building. This employee needs an attitude adjustment or customer service training because his attitude was unprofessional and quite honestly disturbing when all we were trying to do is to make sure we got the tables and chairs there on time.
