Watch out for their delivery drivers, they drive down the parking lot going 30+ mph and do not care about anyone else whether someone is backing out of a space or crossing the parking lot. Won't be returning.

I have actually never eaten at Jimmy John’s before so I was very pleased today 9/12. at lunchtime when I went in to store #997. My order taker was Daniel and he took the time to understand the menu and what I can add onto the sandwich and was extremely pleasant and professional. The sandwich was perfection. I manage a business and I watched the employees as I was waiting on my sandwich and everyone there took such great pride in their work especially Daniel. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

The address here is 131 Columbiana Dr. I work at 140 Columbiana Dr. I need to say that first so there is a good idea of how close these businesses are located to each other. I ordered a Turkey Tom Giant and received my sub in less than 15 mins, great and the young man who delivered it was pleasant. I opened the sub to only lettuce, tomato and mayo(zero turkey) I called the store to report that my sub had no turkey and the young lady that answered the phone asked "Ms are you sure because I made that sub myself"? I told her I was looking right at it and she asked me to check the other side, it was turkey on the other side. I asked to speak to the manager and she said "She speaking" her exact words! She said she was going to send the delivery guy back and she had only two people working at the store and they were busy, I told her I understood because I work retail also, however it toke 42 mins to receive the sub and I called back to speak to the manager and her words were" Oh honestly I forgot bout you but he on the way back". (Unreal) I hate to leave this kind of review because my sub was actually good, but someone needs to train and coach the young lady that's the manager on how to deal with these kinds of issues. Great customer service in these times where money isn't easy to come by for most is highly appreciated. I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
