After calling and making an appointment for 230pm today we arrive and she prints our papers to notarize they abruptly says she has to leave to pick up her kid from school I'm standing here as I write this no notary here to fill her spot and she just left. Terrible non existent customer service. Responding to your reply You complained from the very beginning while sitting at the desk saying I need to leave prior to making contact with me. When you came over you didn't explain anything you left in the middle of our conversation and then proceeded to shout to your employees from the back door sorry to leave you with that .... rude unprofessional and definitely not manager quality . You should do better at managing your schedule so you can try at the best of your ability to provide some kind of quality service which I see is a challenge for you. Customer service is 100% not your field suggest you get a work from home position where you don't need to serve the public. As for you not charging me for the printing services that call wasn't made by you , you already hightailed out of the store your employee made that decision when I demanded I not be charged for it after dealing with you otherwise I would've just left. Nice try trying to save face epic failure once again on your part.
