For the food be a sub prime “bagel”. Not only is the wait long but for no reason. They seem to think call and online order is more important than a face to face order. Ordering something as simple as a b/e/c took over 20 min… bagels are not that fresh and ingredients not that good

Decent bagels (one or two doughy ones) but grouchy staff - didn’t greet me when I walked in and the girl was huffing and rolling her eyes as I ordered a bakers dozen and she got my order ready. Didn’t expect anything super extra but a smile and cheery good morning would have gone perfect with the bright peppy decor of this beach bagel shop.

Make it very hard for dasher to pick up order. I’m aware it says you need a bag but you guys need to be aware that you do NOT get a bag when you sign up it takes about a week. Need better communication with door dash.

This is the worst bagel I’ve ever had. The guy forgot my order then rushed it and screwed the cut up and barely even warmed it up and stared at me like I was weird just asking for my food. Also this bagel and My girlfriends cost $19 for their “meal” which included a soggy lame hash brown.
