These people are probably the nastiest people I have ever met. I literally just asked a question and some white lady in the garden snaps at me. Asking something as simple as if a plant needs to be repoted, I was responding to her and engaging in her conversation. I politely ended our conversation by saying OK, with a smile on my face and turned around to finish my day and she responds with “HELLO! im a person” in the nastiest, most snarky tone ever when I literally didn’t do anything. I asked her why she felt the need to catch an attitude with me because I did respond to her. I didn’t just walk off. And when I asked her why, she said that she said it was because she didn’t hear my response. And either way that does not give you the right to catch an attitude with someone at your job while you are on the clock.I have spend HUNDREDS in this store.I have CRIPPLING social anxiety and would NEVER be rude.Simple disgusting.

LOVE this store! A very helpful and knowledgeable staff with a huge selection of wonderful looking plants. Pikes beats out all the surrounding competition with quality, selection and price. I enjoy every visit!

Decent variety of plant selection but nothing exceptional. A lot of plants were not doing great when I went and some plants are over priced with no discounts. Not much native selection. It's an overdoze of evergreen hedges, conifers, cypresses and hedges. I was hoping to find more native yet interesting varieties.

Today is the first time I step into this garden center and it is amazing. It’s actually overwhelming with the many choices. I decided to ask for help because I couldn’t find my way around. The lady I spoke with was Debbie and she just didn’t want to be bothered and sent me in 2 different directions. I thought maybe she’s having a bad day, no problem. I asked another person for help and he was great until he tried to pawn me off to Debbie who stated “I already tried to help him”. So I’m thinking maybe the manager could help, wrong. She was apologetic but didn’t care enough to help me find what I was looking for. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT. I’m going to buy online for half the price.
