I've always loved shopping at Kohl's. However this store has got to be the BEST Kohl's with the ABSOLUTE BEST employees!. My son lost a toy that was very dear to him there. We searched and didn't find it so we went to customer service and asked them if they had found it. They hadn't vut they took our information incase it turned up. The end of the week rolls around and we get a call from the sweet associate Vic who took our information, she told us they had searched all over but couldn't find my son's toy, however she and another employee named Raymond pulled together some of their OWN funds and got him a replacement dino! When my son saw the gift he was OVER THE MOON excited! Thank you Raymond and Vic for your kindness and thank you Kohl's for having these awesome employees!!

Nice store. Friendly staff. Not busy. Great location. Great deals with plenty of clothes and other items to choose from. They had a good sale going on too. Great place to shop.

Absolutely terrible experience with Kohl's. I placed an order for underwear size mediurm. Kohl's sent a large. I had to drive over 30 miles (60 miles round trip) to return them. Its best to check on their website. There's a section where you can choose the store by state and city to see if they've began allowing instore shopping.
I'm really disappointed that you weren't able to resolve your issues. Personally, I avoid online Customer Service because their version of "resolution" is referring to the Standard Operating Procedures Manual. However, I have had great success by contacting the manager, Barb Miller, at the Glensford Drive location in Fayetteville NC. I've even received personal contact from her supervisor. Mrs. Miller has helped me on numerous occasions--even with the online problems I've encountered. As a totally unrelated item, I just concluded a three month ordeal dealing with Ford Motor Co. My 2017 Ford Fusion SE was designated by Ford as a ReAcquired Vehicle: a Lemon. I kept documtation and located the SUMMARY of the STANDARDS OF THE NORTH CAROLINA LEMON LAW that empowered me to negotiate a fair buyback contract. If I was able to conquer Goliath, be tenacious and conquer your problems with Kohl's.
