I sent an inquiry about leasing a new vehicle. Spoke to Teresa Rosen and she was rude. As soon as I picked up she was trying to get me there that same day and that they close at 8pm. I had questions before I go all the way there and wasted anyones time. She said I have to go in person. She didn’t even ask what I was looking to do (trade in, new lease) I told her forget it and she hung up. I will not do business with bad customer service and take my business elsewhere.

In search of a new CR-V, I had visited a few Honda dealerships. Mawah Honda was by far the most attentive, clean and helpful. More specifically, our sales associate Mohammed appeared to be very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He went above and beyond for me as his customer. This made our buying process a lot easier than expected. We would like to thank him personally and all the staff at Honda for a seamless experience. Actually, during the entire process, from test drive to signing papers, everyone assumed I was the buyer. My husband was there, but all communication was addressed to me. No problem, no disrespect.
