If you’re not getting your meat here, you’re missing out. Service is always amazing! Food is always beyond what you could imagine fresh could be. I mean, aside from their tender and delicious fry aged beef. I am going to have them provide my turkeys this year. Last year they provided me with a 5 pound prime rib roast. Amazing!!!

A disappointing trip to the Butcher's Market. First, it had no whole roasting chickens except possibly in the freezer. That's not my idea of a butcher shop. Secondly, the meat clerk had no idea what a fresh pork ham was. Okay, I'll give a break;a lot of people don't although I would think a specialty meat store clerk would. Guy#2 appears and after I explain what I wanted, he says they don't have that. Now, in this discussion, I didn't detect any overt rudeness but I got a definite vibe that he thought I was wasting his time. Just not friendly, helpful, or sympathetic. Sort of soured me on the Butcher's Market.

Cary currently has venison leg and tenderloin in our freezer. Raleigh currently has Venison rib rack and Ground. We can order other cuts if you are looking for something specific

They do have lamb , not sure about goat ,but they do carry a wide variety of meats so it's possible
