Had to go here as a last resort. Paid $600 for them to not diagnose my car or bother to check my back brakes... came in with TOTAL BRAKE FAILURE BTW, couldn’t even be bothered to check my drums. Can’t even tell me what’s wrong with my car 🥴 also Lied about putting rotors on my car , mike said he’d do everything for one price. Then went back on his word. Offered free mount and balance with alignment to some customers and not to others. I called them out they Basically said here’s ur car I’m not gonna argue with u. Also tried to tell me 93 ex & dx brake boosters are different lmfao and that was my issue. ! I had dx brakes on my 93 ex civic for everrr and a never had an issue. The prop valve and booster and the exact same. Super unprofessional will be in touch with management & yes I will be getting a refund awful just awful don’t take ur car here. As someone who loves wrenching I am genuinely sad to see how they treat their customers 😔 especially young women. They take advantage of people! I suggest going through repair orders. Making sure. Everything they say they did was done. WILL BE CALLING CONSUMER PROTECTION.

the worst experience we've ever had. Non professional, keep us eating for 2 hrs just to get a bill so we could pay it and take our car. Had to go back for 3 days because they couldn't get around to fixing it and it was only a brake job?! Do yourselves a favor and find another brake and muffler store. This place is pathetic!
