My rent was increased during an ongoing pandemic! Thats ridiculous & selfish. Since I've moved in everything in my apartment has fallen apart, poor quality. The management staff is full of excuses, never holds themselves accountable for their actions. A rent increase during this uncertain time (Covid- 19) is poor judgement, bad timing & unacceptable!
